Forgotten Treasures – Part 2

It’s Forgotten Treasures again! This time with some improvements …. hopefully.

Let’s cut right to the chase. First item on the list is The Great-Fang Spear for Huskar by KaenLogos & OrganizedChaos. I love the concept style back then, executed really well. Looks splendid. Nuff said!

Next up is Bristlebeard for Bristleback by Redmoon Workshop & No-Shave November and this is a killer in all the areas it needs be! This is a charity item and its not the only one! The Redmoon Workshop did a whole bunch of beards and quite some cut was supposed to go the way of the No-Shave November Initiative. CHARITY! Can you believe it? What an awesome idea on how to use the dota 2 workshop for these matters. Check out the No-Shave November Workshop page to see the rest of the collection.

Coming to something completely different: The Skywrath Warden, a Ward by Spudnik & ike “ike_ike” ike. Fun fact: This ward was actually concepted in conjunction with the Skywrath Sentinel ward which is already in the game. I love those wards, they are really well done. Sad Valve didn’t follow through with the idea. Comon’ Valve, put this in game, it’s awesome!

Coming to one of my oldest workshop favorites of them all: The Stag Guard Protection Set version 2 for Natures Prophet by DailyDouble. It is rather settled compared to what we are seeing by now in the game but I don’t think it’s a bad thing. It has a clear line of design, it is well done and it looks baller! Hot dayum dat staff!

Hope you liked the items presented today. As always hop over to the respective workshop pages, drop ’em a like and/or a comment. Show Valve you care about good items and hopefully we see more charity items on the workshop once Valve follows through with it. Now we just have to convince all the charity organizations to get a steam account 😛

Edit: I’m a dork, I forgot to mention www.dotahattery.com again. If you wanna see your items in 3D in your favorite browser, go check this site out. Leave a comment or talk to @gameremixx or @dotahattery on twitter. Dan will be pleased to put your items on the list for the hattery.
